Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit the BAYPAT Website. The website does not use a Webflow contact form. Based on its current technical configuration, it does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, marketing pixels, or other analytics and marketing services.

Until then, contact our privacy point of contact at kontakt@baypat.de with the subject line “Data Protection”.

3. Website provision and log data

To technically deliver the website, your browser transmits the connection data required for that purpose to the hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer URL, and browser and operating-system information. This supports website delivery, stability, security, and the analysis of errors and misuse, and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and functional operation of the website.

Webflow states that it stores IP addresses in its log files in anonymized form. Irreversibly anonymized log data is not personal data. Where Webflow processes personal data in connection with providing the website, it is retained only for as long as needed for these purposes.

4. Hosting through Webflow

The website is provided through Webflow. Where Webflow processes personal data in the technical provision of the website, it does so as our processor. Webflow states that it stores customer and customer end-user data in the United States.

Webflow publishes certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and states that its data processing agreement, including standard contractual clauses, is incorporated into its Terms of Service by default.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Based on the current technical configuration, we do not use analytics, marketing, or personalization cookies, Google Tag Manager, or cross-site tracking. Webflow states that it does not add cookies to customer sites itself; cookies or storage set in practice can nevertheless change with configuration and infrastructure. The current, verified inventory is available in the Cookie Policy.

Where technically necessary storage is used, the legal basis is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; subsequent processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Non-essential technologies may only be used after valid consent has been obtained.

6. Contact by email or telephone

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide to handle your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual requests and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We erase the data once the request is resolved unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Recipients and external links

Recipients include Webflow and technical subprocessors where needed for hosting and support, as well as internal teams and IT service providers authorized to handle the request. Links to external websites and social networks are ordinary links. The relevant provider’s privacy policy applies only once you click the link. We otherwise disclose data only where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

8. Your rights

Where the legal requirements are met, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and withdrawal of consent with future effect. Contact kontakt@baypat.de to exercise these rights.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Bavarian Data Protection Authority, Postfach 1349, 91504 Ansbach, www.lda.bayern.de.

9. Changes

We will update this policy if the services used or the legal situation changes. The version published on this website applies.
